Last year I processed more money in charges through Paymentech than I did this year. This year I paid $837.28 for fees and charges and last year I only paid $567.22. The amount of money this year totals are much lower than last years month to date totals. When I called them, they told me it is because of Visa and M/C fees. Nothing they are doing? hummm... then I was told that a representative would return my call to re-access my account..not once, not twice, not three times but 4 times... No one ever called me or helped me. Customer Service was a joke!! They didn't care wheather I left the company or not! No skin off their backs... just that I am the one thats helping to pay your paychecks!!!!!!!!~!!! Do not sign up with this company!!!!!
