Payment wont go to AFTERPAY site

i have sent message last week in trying to get my order placed with AFTERPAY.....but everytime i click checkout it wont take me there....please FIX!!!! when i called ardene's they said they didnt know why and to call Afterpay in which this is a Ardenes problem not AP. the agent had no idea how to help at all User's recommendation: terrible service.
