Payment won’t update due to netflix system error – reps refuse to resolve

I tried three different cards to update my payment details with Netflix, each card (from three different banks) was refused. Reps informed me the system wouldn't accept these cards so I would have to use another card or buy a Netflix gift card instead. How many credit/ debit cards is one person expected to have?? Netflix refuses to fix the error, instead informing customers they need to use a new card. Two reps ended the chat one me abruptly and refused to admit the fault. The chat was then closed to me. Netflix conveniently has no customer complaints department. If legitimate payment is not being accepted by your system, Netflix, then surely it makes sense to fix your system rather than tell your customers they need to find other ways to pay? The representatives were extremely rude, I have emails of the transcripts, and the issue has not been resolved. Please fix your system error so customers can pay normally.

If you are actual Representative of Netflix you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
