Payment withdrawn and refunded to customer even though he has received goods

I sold a pair of jeans on vinted and even though the customer messaged me to say he had received them they still refunded him his money so I am now out of pocket and vinted are practically impossible to contact.. I feel I have been ripped off and there doesnt seem to be anything I can do about it! I certainly will not be using vinted again!!!
