Payment to the tutor

Tutoroo are not professional at all. I had two students who paid for 4 lessons each but we did not continue the lessons after two weeks, and this was the choice of the students. According to their policy "Should the student choose to terminate or discontinue lessons after two weeks, all our tutors are protected under Turoroo's guarantee that they will receove 50% of the total amount of fees generated from the two weeks of lesson" I have been sending lots of messages, which they reply with "we will follow-up", "we shall continue the discussion on whatsapp" but they are messing with me for almost two months now. I did my part of the job and gave 8 lessons in total. Still waiting for the money to be sent.
