Nothing word to tell about EASE MY is a VERY WORST service, BAD RESPONSE AND POLICY, in my train ticket booking time payment debit in my account but no acknowledgement give at mail I'd or mobile number,at the same time ticket not confirmed, I spoke the ease my trip executive he told after seven working day we will return the payment User's recommendation: Negative Mark( -100) don't use this app, not immediate response.
