Hello. This is Hyunsook Lee, your online member. On July 20th, I had a online order, but unexpectedly I cancelled it by online before pick up time. And then, I got an new order & paid a same items at the same store, 1200 Burkemont Avenue, Morganton, NC 28655 at that time. My bank account shows online order of cancellation was paid. What's going on? Could you check it for me? My online order number is 177941****. Obviously I didn't pick it up that day. Thank you.
