I received my last payment May 17, 2021. I claimed my benefits for the next week which was May 22, 2021. When asked if I worked the week I was claiming I answered no (although I usually worked one day a week for four hours, I did not work this particular week because my daughter had prom) because I answered no my payments have been on hold since. I still claim my benefits weekly. I have reached out multiple times and now they are telling me it can take up to the middle of August for this to be taken care of. I have requested to speak with a specialist or a supervisor and was told that was not an option for me, I just have to wait it out. This is a huge inconvenience on me financially. I am a single parent and right now this is my only source of income. I am reaching out in hopes of having the issue resolved sooner. I need my funds released asap. Thank you in advance
