Payment deducted on debit card, no orders showing

This order was already deducted on my debit card, and the order is not showing as in progress. Its still in the cart as well. *** app. update: talked to online customer service. they said my order wasnt captured cos of technical issue during payment. they will refund. hope to God this will get refunded dont User's recommendation: dont order from the app. just call other services.
