Payment debited, no confirmation received

Incident date: 27/08/2021 I made two bookings from 2 different IDs for 2 rooms at Shenbaga Hotel, pondicherry for which payment has been debited twice but no confirmation (either through mail or message or even booking ID) received from Agoda. No response through customer care number too. This is very bad as we are not able to decide on our travel plans due to non confirmation. I request Agoda team to look into this matter seriously.
