I kept seeing a 35 dollar minus on one of my statements so i called to find out what the charge was for. The first agent took some time but finally found it was for the safe deposit box. I told him to transfer the money from one of my accounts to pay off my dedt. He couldnt and connected me to a second person. Same story. This agent transrerred me to a third agent and the same story continued. Do u believe it! I finally got a fourth person who was willing to transfer the money and pay your bank what i owe. Now it was my turn to get paid for more than 30 wasted minutes. I told the last agent to do nothing and in time this old account which i no longer use will be closed down and i will be in the rental charge. Typos debt and transferred. Have a nice day.warrenp A
