I am having trouble posting advertisements on Gumtree to sell birds since the new system for paying to advertise birds for sale. 10/5/21 I set up the advertisement and then it asks to pay. After the payment details are entered, the advertisement could not be posted. It just sits there. When I check my bank account the following day the payment sum was still pending. I deleted the pending advertisement and the money ($1.49) was payed to Gumtree and the add was not posted because I deleted. I also noticed that there is a lot less birds for sale on Gumtree. In fact there is no birds for sale in my area where as before there used to be plenty. I would suggest that maybe other people, like me will opt to used facebook to sell birds in the future.
