Paying a Claim for a Totaled Car

I have never been so disappointed in an insurance company before. Farm Bureau has totaled my car over three weeks ago and will not call me back to pay the claim. I have called Jason Kilsh several times and he has yet to call me back. He did tell a lady in the office he would get to it eventually. This has put me in a bind because I have not had a car for weeks. He also would not provide a rental and told me if I wanted one good luck finding one. I do not appreciate being treated this way considering it was their customer that hit me.
