This one needs attention.... Payed off the mortgage and received the release of lien under the name of 2 owners ago. Midland also register the Satisfaction of Mortgage with the local government before I received the document. After a few calls to customer service and a little run around; an email was sent to the vice president of customer service. A few days later a call was received telling me that is the way thing are done. But i will receive a letter in about 20 days from Midland without clarification of the content of the letter. Well... legally i do not own my property. Next step lawyers, court, lawsuits, fees....
