i am very upset with sparklight i have been a customer for a while now i was 2 weeks late with my payment an they charge me an extra 54 dollars i am on a fix income all i have is my tv in my life i am alone an times are hard you would think they would see that if i didnt pay it they would have cut it off that is so sad that they do that too senior citzens User's recommendation: dont be late on your bill because you will pay double.
