I was recently in your new store in Hyattsville. As I was placing my order I witnessed some unprofessional behavior from apparently the store manager. I believe her name tag said Oga. She was speaking negatively about the employees to another employee about getting rid of them and bringing her own people to come work. As a person in high position at my place of employment, I was appalled to hear such things out in the open. Your company may need to rethink who you have in position because it sounds like sabotage. I enjoy coming to this store. I get very good service and I hate to see it spiral downwards because of a poor store manager
