Patpat deducted money from my account but never placed the order

I ordered 3 baby bodysuits on 20 December 2020 at 12h52 Paris France local time. I have a screenshot of the 3 items I ordered in the basket. I received an order confirmation code PAT - 9754882 on the screen and took a screenshot of it. I did not receive an email confirmation. The items have never been sent but PatPat deducted the money from my account on same day of the purchase 20 December 2020. I have tried to follow this up with Patpat but Patpat website is not recognising my email address of the order number. I want my money back ! Christine HOMER
