Trip Air does not respond to customer queries at all, they just take money and never returns in case of any issue. I lost my 280 euros with these scammers. Please everyone beware of TripAir. The ticket number allotted to me does not show any matching records on neither the website of TripAir nor on the website of Airline, I.e. Turksih Airline. User's recommendation: NEVER USE THESE SCAMMER FOR ANY BOOKINGS.
