Unfortunately I got by my bike honda dio serviced from Haiku honda service center, domlur. The reason I am using unfortunate is for several reasons. One of the major reasons being negligence and irresponsible behavior of service advisors (Santhosh) and the supervisor too. Coming to service part which is the most crucial one was most pathetic one. Literally none of my complaints were resolved and also the worst part my vehicle was damaged. Well here the service advisor and the manager did a great job by easily claiming the damage was from my end (Hats off). Anyways I had to again visit the Service (Worst) Center as my bike kick start wasn't working and for other reasons too, being kick start a vital one it was rectified but other issues went in vain. I truly regret servicing my vehicle in an authorized service center from Honda.
