Pathetic service

I have called in numerous times with absolutely no assistance... I'm trying to order the special 9 piece for delivery but keep getting this error when I'm well in the hours I spoke to a Lawrence a d Ashley on the customer care line that did not assist at all. Team leader or manager refused to come to the phone.. Typical bad service fro your enterprise
