I bought fila Boston tennis shoe in india carrying 3 month warranty. After 20 days the upper shoe started cracking. I reported vide complaint no FL-3140 and the replacement WAS assured within 15 days after intensive follow up. Now even after 4 months after approval I am still waiting for the replacement. The shoe however is useless to say the least. User's recommendation: AVOID FILA . GOOD FOR YOUR POCKET.
