Pathetic experience

Such irresponsible staff Fedex have. I had been reaching the customer service since a week to know regarding my clearance of product sent from USA. Nobody have responded back. All they tell is they will call us back but no response from their side. Worst case is that they just try and prolong the calls. They prolong the call for 15 to 30 minutes but nothing happens. All they want is some TT and CC to show the company they had been working. Such a pathetic staff. User's recommendation: Please don't choose Fedex.
