Good afternoon I wanted to reach out to you to let you know I am giving Mr. Brandon Lee a “Pat on the Back” for a great experience when speaking with him yesterday. I had a list of companies that I planned to call to get my vehicle covered; but after speaking with this young man and his detail to customer service and focus my search was over. Working in the service field myself I try my best to give great service; its just so awesome to get it back for a change.
