I worked with Sonos after a few hours and talking to their Sr tech support there were definitely some connectivity issues between servers at the time. Sonos Sr tech apologized for the problem and mentioned the Spotify server side as a problem as well. The bottom line after going onto my laptop to use the Sonos app and several hours later I finally did connect to Spotify. WOW don't you love technology?????
