Password for Flight voucher 14TB8X

I have a voucher for a flight under booking number K1K32T2 however when I attempt to use it to book another flight I am asked for a password for the voucher which was apparently sent with the voucher email. Unfortunately this email is long since deleted from my email account and I require a new password for use with the above voucher. User's recommendation: I recieved an email from Easyjet stating someone would deal with me within 48 hours. I'm still waiting a week later.
