Part of order not delivered, customer service response from Amazon and Morrisons unaceptable

2 of 3 bags of shopping delivered on a Sunday afternoon, spoke to delivery man order seemed small, but he dumped it and gone. Spoke to Amazon, order placed through Prime, response simply not good awful. Asked for it to be escalated to Morrisons and Amazon, all willing to refund. , part refund arrived. had to call again Monday . Still not a satisfactory response, yes the rest of refund agreed but ,not the point why could not the missing items not be delivered the next day. These were items for myself and my sister 73 and 80 respectively and shopping on online to lower the risk of Covid. User's recommendation: don't rely on the delivery being completed or well packed.
