I ordered a left rear view from you on June 13th it took 13 days to get from your facility to my home. I took it to the body shop to paint to match and then that tried to install it and it did not match my plug. My vehicle 1996 Lincoln Towncar Signature series. This car has heated mirrors preset and auto dim. So I need carparts to contact me I am willing to drive to La Salle IL with the old mirror that was on the vehicle. When I ordered the mirror It did not give me the option for left heated only right heated. This original mirror has two plugs, not one. Please contact me 262-658-**** or 847-922-****. With all the headaches I have had over this problem I cannot give carparts a fair review.
