Parking refund
Update by user Jun 11, 2019 I e-mailed them again, but they say they have no record of my reservation,yet, they charged my credit card. There is no phone number I can find anywhere to call them. I will continue to try to find them. Original review posted by user May 12, 2019 I made a reservation Feb. 22nd 2019 for reservation dates June 8th through June 22nd 2019. The reservation ID is 282617. The transaction ID is 615********. Customer name David Ferguson. The facility address is Prestige Easy Park 3377 NW St. Rd. Miami, Fla.33142. My flight to Italy was cancelled so I sent my cancellation request via e-mail as directed. Someone named Jeff e-mailed me back saying they had no record but my credit card was charged in the amount of $102.10 for parking. I am looking at my four page receipt as I write this. I want my refund. I called the number on the receipt but it was the parking lot facility who referred me to customer service. I tried to call Jeff, who sent me the e-mail, but there is no phone number. I also could not get an address to send a copy of my receipt to as proof of purchase. I am at a loss as to what to do.
