Parking and “shop talk”

This is about the new Shelby, NC (store #13580). 1) The service is relatively slow. Usually, when you're in like at drive thru...the 1st thing you hear is: "I'll be w/ you in one minute". This has happened each time I've pulled up there. 2) When inside ordering, I waited today for about 2-3 minutes at the counter while they were working & talking about "who comes in at what time...I'm getting off at ____, etc. [you get my drift]" and as a customer, I don't wish to hear about things like that--I want to be waited on! 3) PARKING! This new store doesn't have much parking--granted. There are only 8 parking spaces on the right-side of the store (which is closest to the entrance), and 2 more marked as handicapped, for a total of 10. I've notice that your employees park there! They should park at the BACK! That's "Management 101" people! You have a friendly staff, but these issues need to be addressed. Regards, TG
