Park Opticians owner and worker screamed at me, shoved me
Recently I had a bizarre, borderline-violent interaction with an employee and the owner of Park Opticians in University Heights, Ohio. I went to Park Opticians on Dec. 2 to check out eyeglasses. I found three frames that I liked, and asked for information about them. The customer service worker refused to give me the model numbers. After a little more back-and-forth, I said that I had never heard of an optical store refusing to give information about frames to a customer. At that moment, another worker rushed out of the back room, put her nose within an inch of mine, and screamed "Well you have now." And then she shoved me. I said that I would complain to the Better Business Bureau, and the employee said "Oh yeah, big threat." Today I called one of the store's co-owners, Flo Saiger, and asked for an apology for her employees completely unprofessional behavior. Ms. Saiger said she was sorry if I was offended, but she refused to apologize. And then Ms. Saiger hung up on me. This is the worst, most offensive, least professional customer service I have ever received in my life. Park Opticians has two locations: - 20670 North Park Blvd, Cleveland, OH - (216) 371-**** - 30749 Pinetree Road, Cleveland, OH - (216) 360-**** I urge you to boycott them both.
