Parcels still missing after 3 months

Ordered 5 items (group gift) june 3. Received 3. Liked 1 of the 3. Poor quality of other 2 items . Sent 6 emails, and response was always the same...."due to pandemic....."!!! After 3 months, this has nothing to do with the pandemic!!! The items are lost!! I asked politely for my money back and they said the parcel is on its way (btw, wrong tracking # every time i would email for assistance with my missing items) . Extremely disappointed with this business. User's recommendation: will not order from Grandmas Gift Shop again.
