Parcel not deliver yet

Dear Concern, I booked A Docket no.P303026140 Dt. 17 march 2020 From Himachal Pradesh To Siliguri west bengal. I do understand before due to lockdown it was delay but on 18 June they have recived in kolkota but till date they havent forward to siliguri Even the customer care number dose not work and some number is not correct. I wrote a email but no response. Thanks Sanjok
