I am sorry but I need to share the poor service and low quality service of parcel monkey. My parcel was lost and free insured was for 150£ as stated on their website. Unfortunately, it is a lie as I did not have any compensation (except the shipment fee which was 22£), because my parcel contained "personal belongings" (sarcastically it makes me laugh thinking that they might assume that I should send someone else belongings to get compensated???). To keep it short they lost my parcel containing few expensive good of which I have not received the 150£ of compensation.
