I moved into Tower D, 1904 in August 2021. My contract was due to end August 2022 however I am having to move out early as I have had no AC the whole time I have lived here. In Dubai you must register with empower to receive AC. After multiple attempts of registering and failing, I went into the empower office. There I was told I cannot register until my landlord does. I communicated this to the damac team who handled my moving in. It is now June 2022 and nothing has been done. The weather in Dubai is getting hotter and hotter and being in my own flat is becoming unbareable. I have reached out to receive a month's rent refunded for the inconvenience however have been ignored multiple times.
