I am a widowed working mother of a ten year old girl I bought my house in 08 before my husband passed away, originally the bank did work with me then I did a streamline modification and now due to a paperwork error the bank wants to foreclosure on my home despite the fact I made the payments with the streamline modification, they sent it back to me. My mortgage was rate is cheaper then any rent in the area and the bank wants everything from before the streamline was in effect due I don't have that kind of money, they refuse to acknowledge the fact payments were made and sent back and this is all over a paperwork error. They would rather foreclose and leave a widow and her daughter homeless then work with someone.
