Pandemic outcomes in their central branch
Since the onset of the pandemic, most branches are closed and staff was radically cut. It is the reality, and we as clients should just pray one day it will be finished. But sometimes it is such a huge burden to wait for hours in a lobby to address our inquiries. I know most of you would tell me to call them first, however, the same situation with their waiting phone lines. You will be aged faster than receive an answer. Still, I do not complain about the bank exactly since the same situation is in other banks and facilities. So, I do hope they will at least hire more online representatives to call to. I wish everything could be done through an app too.
