Pandemic must have infected Customer Service

I've had a Complete Subscription with a price lock for as long as I keep it for several years. Customer Support has been really helpful until now.I only need to update my payment method, but I haven't been able to do so, in spite of multiple phone calls and emails. I'm thinking that MyHeritage would rather dump a paying price-lock customer to squeeze more money out of me. I just don't get it. I guess it was just a matter of time before they got greedy like ancestry. User's recommendation: Don't start it and you won't miss it later.
