We used David Shaheen with prime lending in Atlanta because he was highly recommended by our realtor. We had a v.a loan and is our 2nd home that we purchased. The moment we found a house and put in the offer literally less than a month we closed on it. In fact it moved up 1 week earlier. If you submit your paperwork fast when they ask, have good credit, there shouldn't be an issue. If you aren't prepared to purchase a home and have your ducks in a row prior then you will cause yourself a headache. My advice is use a good realtor to prepare you beforehand. I will be using this lender for my next home investment also. David did fantastic keeping us updated almost daily and came to our closing to meet our family.
