Paid up with new credit card, no service

Changed cc due to theft of previous card. No Netflix still, after receiving confirmation email 24 hours ago. None of help efforts (phone, live chat, email) resulted in speaking with anyone who helped. I am furious with the incompetence of this company, their arrogance, I will cancel and advise all of my contacts to sever ties with this asinine company. How dare they take customers, especially long-term customers from their earliest inception, for granted. Treated like dirt, but they will take my money. What a joke. If I could rate them minus 10, I would. User's recommendation: Do not do business with Netflix!
