Paid off bill, then got stuck with late fee

I owed 68 dollars on my account, and they claimed I missed a payment last month, so I paid the remaining amount including the late fee. I just got a letter stating I owed 68 dollars AND a 14.99 LATE FEE. I called, they didn't fix the issue. I will NEVER buy from this shady company ever again. They're overpriced anyway. Jeers!
