Paid for oil change and wasn’t able to get oil change

I paid for oil change a wile back then went to the place to receive oil change and the place told me they don't do Groupon anymore . All tho on group on says they still do . The place refused survived and wasn't able to get oil change also not able to get my money back and I needed the money in order to get my oil changed
