Hi have paid for two lessons up front for a native Vietnamese tutor in Wellington and not had any success with contacting one through tutoroo. There was one tutor who was replying at the beginning but as soon as I had paid there was no response. Since then, tutoroo has made attempts to contact other tutors however there has been no reply from any of them that live in Wellington. Currently I am $60 down without the service I paid for. Very frustrated, please help! I get bombarded with robot emails and messages asking me to pay for more lessons.. Gracey
