Had the owner from Cool Power of Suffolk County New York come to my house. We took a 10 year warrenty on central air, also a 5 year warrenty on labor. The unit is not even a year old that he swore any problems we will be there! Its broken we can't even get anyone on the phone. Took $12000 in cash! Be ware! This is a major rip off company! The owner sat here an swore any problems any emergency we will be here! The unit is a top of the line Lennox, It is his labor that is horrible. It will cost me 200.00 to get some one here.
