Bought 2 books with pictures of our Grandchildren. My wife spent hours designing then. One was for us and the other as a gift to our daughter. The books were beautiful except the binding didn’t hold and first time we looked at it the pages fell out in both our book and the book we gave to our daughter. I had my daughter return the book to me and contacted the company. I was impressed at how quickly they responded and sent me 2 more copies with basically no questions asked and didn’t even want the old books. Despite the great response the new books are the same way. Now we have 4 books that won’t hold the pages. The company did however give us a full refund. That was nice but I would rather have the photobooks. Now I have to find another photobook company. I don’t know if it’s an employee issue or an equipment problem. All I know is I have to start all over because I want a photobook.
