Package was not delivered

Chime sent an overnight envelope PKG to me with a large check inside on June 30. Supposedly, it was delivered on July 2 to my door, which it WAS NOT! I received number on July 9 from Chime, 1ZE9673X369115**** and I find where Your Driver, supposedly left it at my door at 800 Vista Valet, Apt 2204, San Antonio, Tx. 78216 at 3:15 pm. Well, I was home ALL DAY and NO PKG was delivered to me. Now I try to get hold of UPS and No Human answers customer Service. User's recommendation: Insist on SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY SERVICE.
