We went to LBC Concepcion. Honestly we didn't know that the package is for Pick up because the seller did't informes us. The name of the receiver is my Father but he is sick. He can't walk thats why he asked us to pick up the package. We have his valid ID with us (cause we didnt know what we actually need) but when we went to LBC Concepcion the lady told us we need Authorization Letter. LBC Concepcionnis 30mins drive from our home! I ask her if we can just Video Call my father because dude! IT IS THE SAME THING! THEY WILL BE ABLE TO CONFIRM THAT IT IS MY FATHER! BUT THE LADY IS SO RUDE AND SAID NO! YOU GUYS HAVE THE WORST WORKER. I KNOW THET HAVE POLICY TO FOLLOW BUT CANT WE HAVE A LITTLE CONSIDERATION SPECIALLY WITH THIS TIME OF PANDEMIC????
