Package delivery service problem

Unfortunately, this is not the first time. Sadly, probably not the last. Called in advance to reschedule delivery that requires signature because we wont be home. Told I can't. Delivery attempt made, we weren't home as we had advised. Second delivery attempt, driver leaves a different package(one that did not require signature) at the gate with notice of second delivery attempt. No knock on the door. No tap and dash. Nothing! Called customer service again. Advised would take information and forward to have redelivered and forward complaint. No guarantee of anything. Translation, lazy driver. User's recommendation: Use competitor.
