I had a sliding glass door & windows installed by the company in April, 2009. They are triple-paned and very expensive. However, once the weather began to get cold in November, I noticed that cold air is coming in around the frame of the sliding glass door and on the windowsill of one of the windows due to poor installation. I notified the company in December and left 5 separate messages, but no one ever returned any of my calls. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they still have not contacted me to resolve this issue. Do NOT use this company! They are very aggressive when they are trying to sell their product but if you need them after installation, they do not return calls. It's like you no longer exist after they get their money.
