This company was very unprofessional in that the market analysis on my house was incorrect. I told them about upgrades but they did not respond to any of my voice mails or emails. Obviously, I went with another real estate company at that point. Our house was upgrades with stucco, a new roof and deck and we paved the driveway adn added landscaping to the property. I told the office that these upgrades were not included in the original market analysis and that she needed to correct the information to get a more accurate price to list the house at. She did not! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SELL YOUR HOUSE IN THE EVERGEEN COLORADO AREA!!!!
