Dinner for 8 on Sunday evening, May 23, 2021 at Carrabba's on Kirkman Road & Vineland, Orlando, Florida. This was a birthday celebration and service began in an acceptable manner. Although the restaurant appeared to be understaffed, dinner guests began to increase which caused the service to DECREASE. After dinner was served (food was fine) service literally stopped. We waited in vain to place dessert orders. A check was quickly dropped at the table and we paid since we were tired of waiting. We should not have left a good tip because it really was undeserving. A very bad end to a birthday dinner. I saw the manager on my way our and gave him a thumbs down signal.
